You can generally re-size your photo using any image processing software package (e.g. MS Paint).
You should use the help features of the image processing software package
to learn how change the size. Usually the size is changed by specifying new dimensions
in terms of pixel length and/or of lineal measurement (cms. or inches).
You may have to do a few trys to figure out how to get it to the desired size.
